The Team
The people behind Veira
Veira is built in Kenya by a small team that answers its own support line.
Leads Veira’s vision, product development, technology and growth. Certified in Cloud Infrastructure and Services (ICT Authority Kenya, 2026).
Runs operations: onboarding, support and making sure every shop that joins Veira gets set up properly. Law background, University of Nairobi and Kenya School of Law.
Leads engineering behind the terminal, the app, and the eTIMS and M-Pesa integrations. AI/ML certified, Harvard (AI in Business, AI in Health).
Helps merchants onboard, understand and use Veira effectively. BA, French, Communication and Media Studies, Moi University.
Handles field installation and deployment, making sure Veira is properly set up and running at customer locations.
Manages Veira’s database infrastructure: development, organization, performance and reliability. IT, Kenyatta University; Software Engineering, Moringa School.
